Direction:

For adults only. To make a chest rub to open up the chest and improve breathing, mix 3 drops each of Black Pepper and Frankincense Carteri, 6 drops each of Lavender and Ravintsara, with 1 ounce of your favorite Plant Therapy Carrier Oil.   Apply every 3-4 hours. Store unused portion in a glass container and store in fridge.
