How to use?

Add a drop to your favorite aromatherapy diffuser, personal inhaler, or diffuser necklace and breathe in 30 minutes prior to bed to help calm the mind. Add a drop to your favorite face wash to help fight skin blemishes.

Aromatic – Diffuse using 1-2 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical – Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier.
