How to Use

Mix into a gel, lotion, or carrier oil and massage gently into the temples and neck area. For topical use only. Dilute to 3%. Diffuse anytime you feel a headache will occur

Aromatic: Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
